Watch the horses go up and down
Painted gold with bits of white
Watch the children go round and round
A sickeningly happy sight

Watch the child with eyes of brown
And hair of silken black
See the child falling down
Her life she wont get back

See the others round they go
Round withough a care
Their ignorant minds will never know
Of the child which once was there

Hear them laughing as they spin
Their lives without a strife
Oblivious that their living in
the carousel that's life
